Limited Warranty

• SportFence™ stands behind all products it manufactures.
  
  
• SportFence™ warrants that all fence parts and fence materials last for 3 years while in the possession of the original purchaser.
  
  
• SportFence™ warrants that all mechanisms will last for 3 years while being used by the original owner.


• If the breakaway mechanism fails, breaks or causes other parts of the fence to be damaged, SportFence™ will replace the broken mechanism or any broken part at no charge to the customer. SportFence™ will pay all UPS charges and any costs incurred in the repair process.
  
  
• Any damage to the fence caused by rough handling is not under warranty. Please take extra care in maintaining the mesh in all respects. Mesh pulled out of the sliding runners for any reason is not under warranty. Mesh damaged by forklifts, any sharp objects, abuse or vandalism is not under warranty.


• If the customer chooses to return the fence to SportFence™ Enterprises for repair from damage covered by the warranty, SportFence™ will repair the fence at no charge. The customer will assume responsibility for freight charges each way.
  
  
• SportFence™ Enterprises, Inc does not warranty products manufactured by Specialty Recreation, Inc.
  
  
• All SportFence™ Tent products are under warranty for workmanship for exactly one year from the date of delivery.
